2024-2025
PRIORITY 1 – ALL STUDENTS LEARN TO READ WELL

By June 2025, literacy for all students will improve, as measured by a 10% increase from 39% to 49%, of the percentage of students scoring at or above proficiency level 3 or 4 on the NYS ELA exam results.

By June 2025, literacy for all students will improve, as measured by a 10% increase from 34% to 44% of the percentage of students scoring at or above benchmark on the Acadience screener.

PRIORITY 2 – ALL STUDENTS ARE PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY SAFE

By June 2025, physical and mental wellness for all students will improve, as measured by a 10% decrease in the number of coded A24 infractions from 60% to 50% per the Online Occurrence Reporting System (OORS) reports.

PRIORITY 3 – ALL STUDENTS HAVE A HIGH-QUALITY ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE

By June 2025, the percentage of favorable responses to the questions: Conflicts are resolved fairly will increase by 10% from 87% to 97% as measured by NYC School Survey Results.
IEP Goals
2024 - 2025
By June 2025, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for all SWDs, we will decrease the percentage of students not making progress towards one or more goals by 15%, from 31% to 16%, as measured by the SESIS Progress Towards Annual Goals report.

By June 2025, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for all SWDs, we will improve the number of IEPs containing clear and specific SDI for all subject areas by 25%, from 25% to 50%, as measured by IEP Review data question # 24.

By June 2025, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for all SWDs, we will decrease the rate of initial referrals by 1.5% , from 3.9% to 2.4%, as measured by the Shared Path Dashboard.
